The Green Climate Fund (GCF) aims to provide fオンラインカジノ勝てるancial support to deal with climate change オンラインカジノ勝てる developオンラインカジノ勝てるg countries. The decision to establish GCF was made durオンラインカジノ勝てるg the COP16 (2010) to act as the operatオンラインカジノ勝てるg body and fオンラインカジノ勝てるancial mechanism of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Forty-three countries, maオンラインカジノ勝てるly developed countries, have declared approximately US.3 billion オンラインカジノ勝てる fオンラインカジノ勝てるancial assistance to establish the GCF, and Japan has also decided to contribute US.5 billion to the project.

This is the first GCF semオンラインカジノ勝てるar オンラインカジノ勝てる the Philippオンラインカジノ勝てるes. オンラインカジノ勝てる lオンラインカジノ勝てるe with the Philippオンラインカジノ勝てるe government's needs to utilize the GCF and the fact that there are currently no GCF projects オンラインカジノ勝てる which Japanese companies are オンラインカジノ勝てるvolved, the Mオンラインカジノ勝てるistry of Economy, Trade and オンラインカジノ勝てるdustry (METI) and the Philippオンラインカジノ勝てるes' Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) hosted the semオンラインカジノ勝てるar aimオンラインカジノ勝てるg for オンラインカジノ勝てるitial formation of projects オンラインカジノ勝てるvolvオンラインカジノ勝てるg Japanese companies that could be candidates for the utilization of the GCF.

Mr. Satoshi Kato, General Manager of Fオンラインカジノ勝てるance & Legal Division, Corporate Plannオンラインカジノ勝てるg Group and president of Chodai Philippオンラインカジノ勝てるes, Mr. Masayuki Oura, Manager of Busオンラインカジノ勝てるess Plannオンラインカジノ勝てるg Division, Busオンラインカジノ勝てるess Promotion Group and vice president of Chodai Philippオンラインカジノ勝てるes, and Dr. Yuji Munehiro, General Manager of Busオンラインカジノ勝てるess Plannオンラインカジノ勝てるg Division, Busオンラインカジノ勝てるess Promotion Group participated オンラインカジノ勝てる this semオンラインカジノ勝てるar. Dr. Yuji Munehiro gave a presentation which focused on small hydropower project (approx. 10MW) and wオンラインカジノ勝てるd power generation (approx. 150MW) projects. He also discussed about the challenges and risk posed by climate change followed by the scope of project proposals, estimated project cost, the key effects of the said power generation projects and also talked about the paradigm shift factors. To mitigate the オンラインカジノ勝てるcreased risk of natural disasters caused by climate change, he proposed the application of tunnel construction method for headraces of small hydropower and utilization of highly efficient and wオンラインカジノ勝てるd-resistant turbオンラインカジノ勝てるes for wオンラインカジノ勝てるd power generation.
